Where do I begin. When losing heat in your home it can be an incredibly stressful time and uncomfortable territory to a world of expenses. After several quotes from large companies I was starting to feel defeated and anxious about the trustworthiness of the salesman. After reaching out on social media for recommendations it was clear that Scribs Heating and Cooling has left an extremely large footprint on the local area. Within a short amount Dan arrived at my house to discuss what my best options would be. He was different from the rest of the people that have been at my house before him, his humility and empathy shows in his character and I truly believe it is because he is still involved in the work even as the OWNER. Dan and his team are extremely professional and have an attention to detail I’m only use to seeing in military aviation. I highly recommend him but more importantly I trust them. I ended up having my furnace and AC replaced with a couple added bells and whistles. Scribs turned what could have been a nightmare into a pleasant experience.

Scribs is the best around! I had them come out to install a humidifier and repair quite a few issues a previous HVAC company left after install. They were thorough, professional and reasonably priced. Dan is as honest as they come- can’t recommend them highly enough.

Had a sudden and unexpected mid Summer AC issue/crisis. Two other companies came out first, didn't even do any analytics and simply said my unit was shot and that I needed a new one for thousands of dollars! Taking that as fact but seeking additional bids because of the high expenditure, I asked my regular service guy at Scribs to pop by as well. He promptly did. Upon arrival I told him I think I need an entire new unit. He said "Hold on. Let's take a look at what we got what we got first". An hour and $200 later, my AC was back up and running. What a life (or cooling and money) saver and great guy. It's Scribs only for me from here on out.

Scrib's provided top notch, professional service quickly. When attempting to fire up the AC for the first time this year we discovered that it was not working. Scrib's was recommended by a friend so I gave them a call and I was not disappointed at all. Larry was able to come out very quickly and attempted to repair the AC which had been the home to some critters that decided chewing up the internal wires was a good idea. Unfortunately, the damage that was done required us to get a new condenser unit. Scrib's was able to get the unit delivered to our house the same day and Dan came by the next morning to install it. Everyone we dealt with was fantastic at communicating with us, they kept us informed every step of the way, answered all of the questions we had and the work was done quickly and at a fair price.

Dan did an excellent job walking us through an issue with our hot water heater. Advised us that it is still in working condition and gave us pointers on how to detect issues. Arrived on time and was very friendly, will recommend to others!

Jeff and Larry did a great job with the installation of a new water heater. They were straightforward, efficient, and explained everything clearly in a way anyone could understand. Did an honest job and were 100% transparent. Would recommend.

Dan installed new heating, water and a blower for heat to better reach our second floor. It’s been 5 years and works flawlessly. I thought of Dan again b/c I need another installation on another home. He’s fast and honest as they come. Will definitely hire again.

Honest as can be. Could have sold me a new unit. They opted to tell me my existing 2011 carrier was still under warranty and to call Carrier. I called Carrier and this was true. Incredibly grateful during this holiday season. Thank you so much and will be sure to be calling in the near future for my A/C unit

Dan and team are awesome! They were there the same day and responded to my call with a great level of urgency. I’ve now had to use this company for both home and business. He didn’t even laugh at me the one time I called (on a holiday), and it turned out to be the batteries went out on the push pad. 😅🤣

Awesome service thought we would have to leave the house yesterday. They were the only company out of the 5 I called that said they would be there in an hour! Above and beyond . We had no heat today (Thanksgiving Day!) and Scibs came within 30 minutes of me calling and had it up and running right away. They only charged me $20 over what a weekday call would cost. I felt bad pulling someone away from their family and Larry was so kind the whole time. I will definitely be using them if we have any more trouble .

We just had Scrib's Heating and Cooling come out for the second time to our house for issues. Let me tell you, these guys are awesome. They respond fast. They are friendly, considerate and trust worthy. If you ever need help with your air conditioning or furnace, these guys are your answer.
